Division as Reverse Multiplication

Division becomes easy when it’s just the inverse of multiplication.

When you see 72 ÷ 8, ask: “8 times what is 72?” That’s 9.

If you struggle, rehearse the 6–12 multiplication facts. Division will improve automatically.
